|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — I don't hear any noise from the apartments next to me, however some of my neighbors slam their doors pretty hard which is startling and once a picture was knocked off the wall. That is really the only noise issue I've experienced.

|Recommended: YesLiving at Acero Cooley Station — I moved a month ago to Acero apartment from California. It's a beautiful and quiet place for residents. Andy and Athena were so helpful while moving into this new apartment. Andy helped to get internet connections fast by reaching out to providers and Athena helped to get gate access. Maintenance staff responded on time to clean the carpet which was full of pet fur. There was pool party where property and maintenance staff organized it so well and my family enjoyed it a lot.

I feel so comfortable to ask him any questions. He takes the time to address any of my concerns, even the small things like losing my sun glasses Kia keys lol they have been found I love his sense of humor and he's so respectful to us tenants. I'm hoping he can receive proper recognition for his A customer service. Thank you

|Recommended: NoIt's a beautiful property, but..... — I moved in believing that all I read was true about the Acero Cooley property and its management staff. The property as a whole is nice, but I was dismayed to move into an unit which smelled like an ashtray. It took many attempts on the part of maintenance to help minimize the stench, but it finally worked. However, when I informed management of the smell, Troy offered to get my clothes dry cleaned. I didn't accept his offer since it did not address the root cause of the problem the ashtray smelling apartment. The product delivered was not what was promised advertised. He offered to allow me to cancel my rental contract, but informed me it would be my responsibility to assume the additional costs for moving and not the property's responsibility. What Additional customer service training and problem solving skills would probably benefit Troy. This is not an example of the level of customer service I expected from Acero Cooley staff since everyone else has been so friendly and accommodating. I also informed Troy I was waking up with bloody noses due to the smell and all I got, was the equivalent of a shrug. I am a nurse practitioner and understand and know the ramifications of exposure to third hand smoke. The only person who actually helped was Christopher. He listened to my complaint and advocated for me to upper management. Considering the inconvenience of living in an ashtray smelling apartment for a month, I don't believe 300 credit is sufficient, but it was better than the proverbial shrug. So, because of one person, the experience of living here is not as stellar as I hoped.

|Recommended: YesNot bad — Ive been here for the past couple months and really had no issues. I can here the cars from the street but thats about it for noise. The parking is ok but they let residents park in the guest spots so that kind of sucks. Overall i just keep my head down and dont get bothered by anything so all is well.

From the time we moved in, they still provided exceptional customer service with all our needs and concerns. I have no regrets moving to this property and the cost is well worth it Thank you

|Recommended: YesPretty good — Overall, it is a nice apartment complex that is clean. One minor issue is getting in contact with the leasing office. There have been several times where things have been unorganized and we were not able to get ahold of them even for scheduled appointments e.g. we had a scheduled apt walk through to renew our lease set for 10am and no one showed up so we had to track them down . Additionally, maintenance staff do not read requests. We had a maintenance worker walk into our apartment when we asked them to knock and make sure we are home so that we can take our dog out before they came in he gets scared of people and does not stay in a kennel . Luckily I was home at the time and was able to grab him before she was completely in the apartment. Another minor complaint is that we were incorrectly blamed for dog barking when it was the apartment below us. We received several emails from them with “warnings” and people knocking on our door when we had already informed them it was not us. They eventually learned it was in fact the apt below. That was a little upsetting and frustrating to us as it was when we first moved in. Other than that, we enjoy the location, the layout and appliances in our apt, and the staff are typically friendly and apologetic when things are unorganized. Most of the minor issues are ones found at all apartment complexes. But we do love the style of the complex and the amenities.
