|Recommended: YesNot bad — Ive been here for the past couple months and really had no issues. I can here the cars from the street but thats about it for noise. The parking is ok but they let residents park in the guest spots so that kind of sucks. Overall i just keep my head down and dont get bothered by anything so all is well.

From the time we moved in, they still provided exceptional customer service with all our needs and concerns. I have no regrets moving to this property and the cost is well worth it Thank you

|Recommended: YesPretty good — Overall, it is a nice apartment complex that is clean. One minor issue is getting in contact with the leasing office. There have been several times where things have been unorganized and we were not able to get ahold of them even for scheduled appointments e.g. we had a scheduled apt walk through to renew our lease set for 10am and no one showed up so we had to track them down . Additionally, maintenance staff do not read requests. We had a maintenance worker walk into our apartment when we asked them to knock and make sure we are home so that we can take our dog out before they came in he gets scared of people and does not stay in a kennel . Luckily I was home at the time and was able to grab him before she was completely in the apartment. Another minor complaint is that we were incorrectly blamed for dog barking when it was the apartment below us. We received several emails from them with “warnings” and people knocking on our door when we had already informed them it was not us. They eventually learned it was in fact the apt below. That was a little upsetting and frustrating to us as it was when we first moved in. Other than that, we enjoy the location, the layout and appliances in our apt, and the staff are typically friendly and apologetic when things are unorganized. Most of the minor issues are ones found at all apartment complexes. But we do love the style of the complex and the amenities.

|Recommended: YesGood first home for our new family. — My wife and I just moved in after our marriage, it’s a great place with nice amenities and proximity to plenty of prime spots. The facility is well kept, and something that meant a lot to me, I feel like I don’t have to worry about any potential safety concerns for me or my wife.

|Recommended: YesBest Apartment Experience Yet — Living here at Acero has truly felt like resort style living. The club house, pool, and gym areas alone are so pristine and wonderful amenities that we gladly took advantage of as often as we possibly could. The apartment layouts are spacious with beautiful appliances and aesthetics. Minus a little noise from neighbors, heavy walkers were living above us apparently , the overall sound reduction was tremendous when all the windows were closed.
Last, but certainly not least, the staff was the absolute best From the maintenance staff to the leasing office personnel, we couldn't have had better experiences and interactions with all the aforementioned people.
Shout out to Reggie and Angelica for incredible service and aid throughout our entire stay here.

|Recommended: YesLiving here for the past 9 months has been a good experience — Thank you for an enjoyable nine months while we transitioned to a new home we are building nearby. Our apartment was in tip-top shape when we moved in and we've never had any issues. The property staff on site are friendly and helpful. Reggie has been a consistent and responsive contact for us. The staff also work hard to decorate and add nice touches to the common area and have created fun community gatherings. The neighborhood around Acero is growing very rapidly, lots of places to walk, including a grocery store very close by.
