|Recommended: YesThe complex is amazing and well kept. — Living at Acero is like being at a 4 5 star resort. The place is clean, besides some inconsiderate neighbors which is very minimal and uncommon here. However, management is very responsive to any issues brought to their attention. I would definitely recommend living here.

|Recommended: YesGood silent location — I would recommend Acero Cooley Station apartments for anyone looking to rent in Gilbert area. This locality is good, clean friendly. We barely hear any noise from the neighbors.
Maintenance team makes sure the outside area is clean during this pandemic. Maintenance responds in timely fashion. I don't want to write a detailed review, just to keep it simple

|Recommended: YesIt has been a mess from the day I made the call to rent the apartment — My apartment was not ready when it was suppose to be, so i had to fine somewhere to store my stuff and find somewhere to stay for 4 days. When I called to ask when I could pick up a key, they told me they had to schedule it. I said when can I get on your schedule and he said your last on the list of which I find hard to believe . I was not told about the cox promotion, I was not told about the garages you had available, I would have rented one instead of a pod. I was not told that I would not have parking for 5 months. I have complained several times, and the neighbors are not happy either, when it comes to parking. I went in to talk to the lady from corporate, and was in the middle of telling all that I have been thru, Troy walks in and started yelling at me saying I was lying and that he told me all of this The lady from corporate did not even stop him I have asked several times on using the Rec Center so I can celebrate with my family on their birthdays, and I have been told several stories. A lot of people feel like there should be some kind of concessions. When I asked Troy about it, he proceeded to tell me that the Pandemic was not their fault, well the pandemic was not our fault either, but we are paying for the pool, for parking for the Rec Center Maybe just some simple understanding and compassion would work I also called the office to tell them that the floors are all buckling up, so they sent a super and 3 guys out. The guys told your super that I just need to turn on the heat, and that will fix it. Needless to say they tried to fix the floors, but they are all buckling. I don't need someone to come fix it, I just wanted to make you aware of it, so you don't try and keep my security deposit.

I would love the opportunity to discuss your concerns. Acero Cooley Station does not handle themselves in this manner and we try our best to accommodate everyone. We are still under construction and with construction, things do happen. With that being said please allow us this opportunity to make things right.

|Recommended: YesPerfect place to live — My family and I moved in to Acero when they first opened we have loved it ever since. we could not here any of the construction outside or even our neighbors.it is a very quiet and clean complex. parking is never an issue either. whenever we needed anything Troy has been the biggest help.

|Recommended: YesNice and quiet — We have been enjoying the place and everything is brand new which we love. We have not hear any noises from the neighbors in and out of property. Property staffs are always in touch and answer questions or concerns promptly.
